First time patient? please come 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out forms. Repeat patients will get consent forms via email upon booking your next appointment.
All bookings will require $50 deposit to hold your reservation which can be applied towards your treatment or product purchase.
If you can’t make it to your appointment, we appreciate a quick phone call at least 24 hours prior to avoid $50 no-show or late cancellation fee.
We operate Class IV Lasers. Please refrain from bringing children during your treatments for safety reasons.
