Are your services and treatments covered by medical insurance? No. Aesthetic or cosmetic treatments are out-of-pocket costs. Certain treatments like acupuncture may be covered in your insurance, if so, we will provide you the necessary documentation so you can personally submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Do you have payment plans? Yes, through Care Credit. Find out if you qualify, you get instant decision when you apply online. Input Dr. Graeme Reed or The Family Doctor (that’s the account we are identified with for Care credit) for the name of provider.
Do you offer package discounts? Yes, inquire about our seasonal package discounts on the day of your appointment.
Why is my credit card information required when booking for appointment? This is just to hold your reservation/ spot. You will only be charged for the actual amount of treatment or service on the day of your appointment. But if you failed to call us 6 hours before your appointment to cancel, there will be $50 cancellation or no-show fee.
Why is there $50 consultation? This amount will be applied towards treatment or products purchased on the day of your appointment. Are you open on weekends? Only services like acupuncture, facials, teeth whitening, and lash extensions or lifts are open from Monday-Sunday. Treatments and procedures performed by our Registered Nurse and Doctor are available Monday-Friday only.
Do you accept walk-ins? All treatments and procedures are by appointment only. 2 ways you can schedule: online or call (808) 693-9930. If you walk-in, there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated as we prioritize patients who are officially booked.
Why do I need follow-up appointment for some procedures? This is part of our post-treatment plan to monitor your progress. For example, we typically ask patients to come back for evaluation after 2 or 3 weeks for Botox or Fillers. Note that our approach to injectables is to make you look natural and fabulous that’s why we don’t overdo injections. Hence, if tweaking or additional injection is required, this follow up visit is vital.
