Are your services and treatments covered by medical insurance? No. Aesthetic or cosmetic treatments are out-of-pocket costs. Certain treatments like acupuncture may be covered in your insurance, if so, we will provide you the necessary documentation so you can personally submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Do you have payment plans? Yes, through Care Credit. Find out if you qualify, you get instant decision when you apply online. Input Dr. Graeme Reed or The Family Doctor (that’s the account we are identified with for Care credit) for the name of provider.
What is your no-show and late cancellation policy? There will be $50 late cancellation and no-show fee. Please call at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. All no-shows can no longer rebook for future appointments.
Do you offer package discounts? Yes, inquire about our seasonal package discounts on the day of your appointment.
Why is my credit card information required when booking for appointment? This is to hold your reservation/ spot. $50 deposit will be applied toward your treatment.
Why is there a non-refundable $50 consultation fee? Our Providers dedicate time and share their knowledge and expertise for patients who are truly interested in procedures. This amount will be applied towards treatment or products purchased on the day of your appointment.
Are you open on weekends? Effective 2022, injectables, energy-based, and facial treatments are available from 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.

Why do I need follow-up appointment for some procedures? This is part of our post-treatment plan to monitor your progress. For example, we typically ask patients to come back for evaluation after 2 or 3 weeks for Botox or Fillers. Note that our approach to injectables is to make you look natural and fabulous that’s why we don’t overdo injections. Hence, if refinements or additional injections are required, this follow up visit is vital.
