Dr. Graeme Reed, MD | Medical Director
Dr. Reed began his career in Christian ministry, serving as a missionary in the South Pacific and later as an associate pastor in Hawaiʻi before pursuing medicine at the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaiʻi. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with High Honors in three years and received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2008. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in California, where he received comprehensive training in primary care. After residency, Dr. Reed returned to Kapolei to found The Family Doctor, where he provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care with a focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and personalized treatment.
In addition to family medicine, Dr. Reed has advanced training in aesthetic medicine, including Botox®, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, PDO thread lifting, laser treatments, radiofrequency procedures, and IPL therapy. He is known for his attention to detail and commitment to delivering natural-looking results.

Aleena is a registered nurse and licensed esthetician with more than a decade of healthcare experience. Her passion for aesthetics began before nursing school, where she completed esthetics training while earning her nursing degree. A graduate of Parisian Beauty Academy and Seton Hall University School of Nursing, Aleena has worked in ambulatory care, endoscopy, emergency medicine, and oncology. She currently serves as an Emergency Department RN at The Queen’s Medical Center – West Oʻahu.
Originally from New Jersey and now proudly calling Kapolei home, Aleena combines her esthetics background with extensive clinical experience to provide personalized treatments and natural-looking results. Haliana brings over a decade of customer service experience across hospitality, retail, call center operations, and aesthetics. As our Patient Experience Lead, she plays an integral role in front-office operations, overseeing the patient experience from the initial point of contact through their aesthetic journey. A licensed Nail Technician and graduate of Honolulu Nail & Aesthetics Academy, Haliana has a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and creativity. Her background in makeup artistry and social media marketing allows her to bring a creative perspective to her role.
