Tox at $99/month: Bank your next Tox visit for $99 per month. For this membership, you are saving for your next neuromodulator treatment plus locked-in special pricing at $11 per unit for additional unit dosing required on your treatment day. Xeomin, Daxxify, or Jeaveu (neuromodulators similar to Botox) will be used, and the decision to use which one will be decided between the patient and the Injector.
Basic Facial at $99/ month: Includes: 1 basic facials per month and 1 vitamin B 12 IM shot (for energy & focus) per month. Benefits: Discounted neuromodulator (Xeomin) at $11.75 per unit, 10% off products ,10% off fillers, 10% off lasers & microneedling treatments.
Premium Facial at $199/ month: Includes: 1 luxurious custom medical and ultrasound facial, with relaxing shoulder and neck massage per month. Benefits: Free 1 vitamin IM shot. Choose from vitamin B 12, glutathione, tri-immune (which has vitamin c, zinc & glutathione), or lipotropics (which aids with weight loss) per month. $10 per unit Xeomin, Daxxify or Jeaveau (neuromodulator like botox), 15% discount on fillers, 15% discount on lasers & microneedling, 15% discount on IV vitamin drip, 15% discount on PRF treatments.
All memberships requires 6 months minimum commitment. Automatically renews. Early termination fee $299. Non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Membership form will be provided to you in person.
It’s always a pleasure visiting the lovely ladies at Alii Nani Med Spa! They’re always very communicative and answer any questions I may have if I’m about weary about getting something done. They’re reasonably priced and so conveniently located to where I live, which is nice because there’s not too many med spas on the West side.- AB
